Goods must be returned complete and properly packaged. Where there is no fault with the product or fulfilment of the original order by AcolocA Ltd then we ask that you pay return postage/collection costs. Simply start by contacting us for a Returns Authorisation Number.

Delivery Information

Delivery to the UK mainland is calculated by weight and a range of delivery or collection options will be offered before you complete the checkout process. Most items are held in stock and depending on the delivery options selected will be delivered next day or within a few weeks. Where an item is out of stock you will be advised on the likely delivery time and can cancel to receive a full refund if this is not acceptable to you.
